EMPOWER

Syntax : empower (player)
Syntax : empower (player) (command)
 
These commands allow the faction leader (or an empowered faction member) to
toggle OTHER member's use of faction command. These commands are :
 
(blank)         : lists all empowerments
induct          : induct a new character into the faction
pilot           : pilot all faction ships, as well as assign pilots
withdraw        : withdraw credits from the faction bank account
roster          : list all members of the faction
empower         : grant empowerments to other faction members
manage          : grant all abilities
pardon          : remove wanted status from faction planets
appoint         : appoint first, second, and planetary governors
transfer        : transfer funds and ships to other factions
budget          : view the faction budget
diplomacy       : set faction diplomatic relations with other factions
raise_troops    : deploy faction troops
