Small, foul smelling creatures, Jawas live almost exclusively on
Tatooine. Their personal habits and way of life make them fairly repulsive
to many other races. Their size does give them an edge on dexterity, and
the constant work they do on machinery gives them a similar edge in
intelligence.
While over 99% of all Jawas live on Tatooine, some have been seen
elsewhere. The lower levels of Coruscant are rumored to harbor some, as
well as a most unlikely locale, Smuggler's Run.
