Syntax: languages
Syntax: language learn (language name)
 
Languages alone shows which languages you know, and "language learn
((name))" will add to your percentage of language knowledge. To learn a
language, a scholar who is knowledgeable in that tongue must be present.
 
If someone is speaking in a language, and you know it, you will understand
what they are saying. However, to change the language in which you are
speaking, you must change that manually.  (See help on SPEAK).
