Syntax: Openbay ship name
Syntax: Closebay ship name
If the ship is equipped with a hangar this will allow the player to
land on the ship, if the hangar doors are closed. The player must be in a
cockpit either in the same starsystem, or the cockpit of the ship to be
opened.
If the ship is clan owned, everyone from that clan and all subclans should
be able to open the bay doors of that ship.
Closebay works the same as openbay.
