This skill attempts to transfer credits from an account to
the user's account. Banks have taken precautionary measures
to prevent this, such as limiting the amount being transferred
at a time to Balance/20. If the slicer attempts to transfer
more than this, it will fail, and the account owner will be
notified of the intrusion.
