Syntax: Startarena <minimum player level> <max player level> <Delay> <Length>Back to Help
Eg - 'Startarena 30 100 3 30'
Starts an Out of Character combat 'Arena' that all can enter, similar
to one-on-one 'challenge' Arena duels. Those not entering can bet up
to 2500 credits on participants.
Delay - is the number of game hours players have to join the arena,
3 being the standard.
Length - The number of game hours the arena will last once started.
