Syntax: Stealcargo [Receiving Ship]
Stealcargo is a handy little skill that smugglers can use in junction with
the piloting skill ship docking. In order to steal cargo the smuggler
must dock and board the victims ship, go to their cockpit to transfer
the cargo from the victims ship, to their ship.
