Espionage

Spies must have a designated NON-ALT handler for their espionage operations. 
Every interaction, instruction, and exchange of intelligence between 
the handler and the spy must be meticulously documented using the 
'rping' function. This meticulous logging guarantees a transparent and 
accountable record of all espionage-related role-play, ensuring fair 
gameplay and preserving the confidentiality of missions. Exclusively 
utilizing this function for espionage-related communication is mandatory 
for both the handler and the spy to authenticate and validate their espionage
 activities.


- Espionage intentions must be known to the faction you are conducting espionage for 
   PRIOR to roleplay and it must be documented via the rping command
- Exchange of intelligence must be done in person with your handler and be documented 
   via the rping command

** Being caught breaking this rule will result in you being discovered by both factions. 
Admin will inform both factions of your treachery and they will deal with you as they see fit.
