Recently it has been decided you can modify your personal ships some. 
Being as this is mainly a test to see how well this will go none of the clan ships can be 
modified at this time.  Clan funds cannot be used to upgrade personal ships.  If you are 
caught using clan funds your ship will be reset. For ship upgrades one of the following 
immortals should be contacted - Remy.
Note - Adding mods to your ship may reduce other stats.  IE adding more hull could 
reduce your speeds.

Lasers 5 million per
Missiles 10 million per
Rockets 10 million  per
Torpedos 10 million  per
Shields 300k per 10 points
Energy 550k per 10 points
Cargo Pending
Ions 2.5 million  per
hull 750k per 10 points
Mobile Carbonite.  Firespray, Pursuer Class, and Razor Crest Class Only.   Must Apply
