DOWNTIME

Between your adventures in LotS, you may opt to spend your downtime pursuing
certain activities. What is available varies per character and you may have only
one downtime activity selected at a time.

Practicing Skills: You may practice any skill that you can learn. Practicing
in this way takes quite a long time, 250 in-game days, or about 62.5 real-life
days, to go from 0 to 100.

Propaganda: If you are skilled in mass propaganda, you may choose to spread
propaganda on any planet owned by your faction to increase popular support by a
max of 4 per real-life day. You must save and quit on the planet to continue
spreading propaganda; ships do not count.
