GARRISON

The garrison system allows faction members to manage their troop deployments on planets. To use
the garrison command, you will need to select a faction and be on a planet with troops.

Each troop deployment has three states:

DEPLOYED - This troop has deployed and spawned a mob.
GARRISONED - This troop has been garrisoned with its mob despawned. Players are encouraged
to garrison their mobs to help with the game performance.
MOBILIZING - This troop was previously garrisoned and is now waiting for its mob to spawn on the
next tick (a random amount between 30 and 90 seconds).

Commands:

garrison list
This command will show all of your factions troop deployments on the planet you are on, their ID,
and their status.

garrison troop 
This command will switch the troop deployment to "garrisoned" state and despawn its mob.

garrison mobilize 
This command will switch the troop deployment to "mobilizing" state and schedule the mob to
spawn at its last location.

garrison disband 
This command will PERMANENTLY delete the troop deployment and despawn its mob.
